Excellent. Actually saved my dogs life! I'm not sure who the guy was on Friday night 3/27/2026 around 10pm but he was amazing and knew it was an emergency situation. He immediately got Dr smith and she knew without a doubt what was wrong and knew my dog needed a blood transfusion which they did not offer there but She referred me to the another place that could offer it and they are taking good care of him. She called the place I was going to and filled them in. He is still there. Without a doubt if she hadn't told me how emergent this situation was he would've died. So thank you Dr Smith

The team was fantastic!! They were understanding and patient yet moved quickly to solve our issue (needed to induce vomiting). They took great care of my dog and were professional and empathetic. Everything was explained very clearly, including costs, before they did the treatment. Everyone who was working the afternoon on 2/14 was amazing. I didn't get people's names (they told me, I just don't remember now) but everyone was so great.

They were there when we needed them. Our dog had a fall the other day with worsening inflammation over the next day. We came in after our dog was unable to lay down and rest. We were seen right away and they quickly got a plan for him together. By the time we got home, his pain was under control and we were finally able to get him laying down to rest. Everybody was outstanding and fabulous. They took very good care of us. I could not have asked for more. Everybody I encountered, I absolutely adored!
